EMAILING YOUR PHOTOS
Please follow the directions below for how to email your photos. 1. Click on Email button: 2. Place your First
and Last name and put your Order number in subject
box. (example: Kelly Harris Order#5432) 3. Place your
contact information on first line, in case we have
any questions. (Email and/or Phone Number) 4. Write the item number and the file name (or names for items with multiple photos on them) for the file number you are uploading. (Example: on a t-shirt with multiple photos, it would be CD5:img10, img 12, image23) 5. Next, click on the attach button in your email. 6. Find the images
you wish to upload and click attach. ***Depending on the size of your files,you may have
to do more than one email to send all of your photos. See below for photo guidelines/tips.
Send Photos Via USPS You may also send
photos with via USPS to be scanned and used in your purchases to: Imaginative
Images 92 O'connor Road, Oswego, N.Y. 13126 Be sure to include your order number, contact information,and specify which photos belong to which items
you have ordered. Photos will be returned with your order. **Keep
in mind that all orders will take longer to process this way.
Tips for Emailing Photos: **Remember, your end product will only be as good as your original or your
emailed photo, all prices include only cropping,reproduction, and choice of color finish,sepia finish, or black and white
finish. If you need/want custom photo work done, please email for additional charges. Reduce the size of all photos to be used on jewelry to a 4x6" size, but keep them at 300 dpi. For items requiring larger photos, do not reduce photo size below 8x10, and use resolution of 300
dpi. Depending on the clarity of the image, 4x6 photos can sometimes be increased, but you are better off sending the
photo to be scanned. If for some reason, we cannot use your photo as it is, we will advise you via email of what to do
to increase the quality of your photo and end product. If your original is blurry, so will the photo on your final product be. If the photo is grainy, so will the photo on your final product be.
